Delivery:
All orders will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Items which are in stock will be dispatched next day to a maximum of 3 working days from payment being received. Specially commissioned items will be dealt with on an individual basis. If you need an order for a special occasion, please contact us with exact date and we will advise you if we can meet your deadline. Please note that delivery times to non UK destinations may vary.

Postage:
All UK orders are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery in protective packaging. This service requires a signature and is insured against loss and damage. Special Delivery is guaranteed to arrive next working day. If someone is not available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collect it from your nearest Collection Office. Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate of £6.00 on all UK orders up to £50.00, free for orders over £50.00.

Returns:
We hope that you will be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. Please check the items upon delivery - we must be contacted within three days of receipt, in the unlikely event of damage or loss.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the goods within 7 days (UK) - unworn and in perfect condition, complete with all accessories, packaging and proof of purchase. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a full refund less the cost of the P&P. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Individual Commissions, or earrings for pierced ears (for legal and hygiene reasons) unless faulty.

Please contact us prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.
